Protocol Sessions — Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about booking, benefits, and what to expect during sessions.
Your specialist will perform a movement and pain assessment, then guide neuromuscular re-education, targeted stretches, strength work, and optional vibration or Cocoon Pod recovery. Sessions are one-on-one and adapted throughout to your tolerance and goals, with home recommendations provided.
Yes. We combine neuromuscular training, progressive strengthening, and sport-specific mobility to address deficits limiting performance. Sessions focus on movement efficiency, power transfer, and injury prevention, delivering measurable gains when combined with consistent practice and follow-up programming.
Treatment length varies: acute aches may improve in one to three sessions, while complex injuries or performance goals often require four to twelve sessions. We reassess regularly and tailor frequency based on progress, goals, and sport demands.
Generally no — most clients can self-refer. If your condition is complex, post-surgical, or insurance-covered, we may request physician clearance or documentation. We’ll coordinate care and can communicate with your medical team when appropriate.
Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows full movement and remove jewelry. Bring relevant medical records, imaging, or a list of medications and goals. Hydrate before arrival; we provide towels and water, and will give clear pre-session instructions if necessary.
Book online, by phone, or in person using our scheduling portal. We request 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid fees and to allow others to book. Missed appointments without notice may incur a cancellation charge.
