Who qualifies and enrollment
This offering is for Team/School Partnerships only. Eligible partners include school athletic programs, club teams, and organized youth or adult teams based in Altoona and nearby communities the center serves. Athletic Wellness works with designated school or team administrators as the primary contact to manage rosters and communications for the partnership.
To enroll, team or school administrators contact Athletic Wellness to start a partnership agreement and submit required group information. The listed membership fee is $25; Athletic Wellness will confirm the administrative steps and any invoicing or payment details directly with the team contact during enrollment.
What the membership covers
This membership is designed to create a formal relationship between Athletic Wellness and a team or school. It supports coordinated scheduling, a single partnership point of contact, and administrative handling of group sign-ups. Specific services and access levels are defined in the partnership agreement so every school or team knows what to expect.
Partners should expect a clear outline of operational details—how appointments are booked for team members, any preferential time windows, and the process for changes or cancellations. Athletic Wellness will explain which offerings are included in the partnership during the enrollment conversation, so there are no surprises.
Logistics and local access
Athletic Wellness is located in the River Prairie district of Altoona, near the Bob Brown Boulevard sports and wellness area. That location makes the partnership practical for teams that practice or compete in nearby facilities and for families commuting from Eau Claire and surrounding communities via U.S. Highway 53, U.S. Highway 12, and Clairemont Avenue.
Local conditions affect scheduling: winter driving can make early-morning or late-night appointments challenging, and summer outdoor events around River Prairie may shift team calendars. Athletic Wellness collaborates with partners to plan around those realities so team members can fit visits around practices, games, and seasonal community events.
