Consultations: Common Questions and Answers
Answers to common questions about your first visit and the Drop-In Experience.
During your first Consultations visit, a Recovery Specialist tours the facility, evaluates your movement history and goals, and guides a personalized one-on-one protocol session. You'll experience equipment, receive recommendations, and learn which services or packages best support your recovery and performance.
The Drop-In Experience typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes. That includes intake, brief assessment, hands-on protocol guidance, and post-session recommendations. Time ensures we customize the session and answer questions so you leave informed about next steps or membership options.
No prior experience is necessary. Our specialists welcome beginners and athletes alike, explaining each modality and adjusting protocols to your comfort and fitness level. The session is educational, supportive, and designed to help you decide what services suit your needs.
Yes. The 1st Protocol Drop-In Experience may introduce several modalities relevant to your goals—like compression, cryotherapy, or mobility protocols—based on assessment. We prioritize safety and focus, so we'll demonstrate selected options and explain benefits before recommending a follow-up plan.
Policies vary by location; generally, consultation fees can sometimes be credited toward your first pack or membership within a specified timeframe. Check with the front desk when booking. Our team will clearly explain any promotional credit or booking terms before your visit.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring any relevant medical or training information. Hydrate beforehand and arrive a few minutes early for intake paperwork. If you have specific injuries or concerns, note them so the specialist can tailor the protocol safely and effectively.
